MEDITATION TEACHER & SPEAKING COACH

I’m a certified meditation teacher ‘mindfulness and self-compassion’ and yoga instructor ‘vinyasa flow’. I teach mindful leadership programs and seminars to many companies such as Netflix, BBC, Hulu, CBS and NBC and I have been practicing meditation for 14 years.

Prior to teaching, I was a TV producer for nearly 20 years on top-rated shows such as Masterchef (Fox), Fastest Car (Netflix), and Comic Relief (BBC).  In this industry I was often overwhelmed but I had no idea how to manage stress or anxiety so I would use food, sugar and alcohol to ‘feel better’.

But it only made me feel worse.

Meditation wasn’t easy in the beginning but once I grasped the practice I began to see the benefits.  

And it was far better than stuffing my face with chocolate every day to keep my energy buzzing but then crashing from the sugar high :(

I created ‘Well-being at Work’ to help busy professionals feel stronger, more resilient and more productive in the workplace and beyond. Without having to rely on unhealthy habits to push through!

Life is too short to waste feeling stuck and miserable and nothing tastes as good as mindfulness feels.

I combined my years of training and personal experience into my classes and courses. The concepts and techniques I teach are supported by research to help you live a more fulfilled, productive and joyful life.
