Simone Tai is a British meditation teacher and speaker coach based in Los Angeles. She teaches mindful leadership skills at many companies such as Netflix, BBC, Hulu, CBS, NBC, and Activision. Prior to teaching, Simone was a TV producer for nearly 20 years on top-rated shows such as Masterchef (Fox), Fastest Car (Netflix), and Comic Relief (BBC).
Simone first turned to meditation to help with work-related anxiety and it turned her life around. After seeing improvements in her wellbeing, and happiness, she now loves to combine all of her training and personal experience to help others thrive in the workplace and beyond.
